Dressage Training with Anna
Anna offers training for horses and riders from Novice level through to Grand Prix in Dressage. She also helps many event riders for the dressage phase up to 4 star level and is passionate about training and improving horses and riders. She also provides short and long term training and competition livery.
She has a meticulous training system with emphasis on the rider's seat and position. Anna herself has trained extensively with the worlds top trainers including 5 years with Ulla Salzgeber in Germany and lately with Hubert Schmidt - both Olympic gold medallists.
Anna's own experiences ranging from producing young horses for the World Championships as well as Grand Prix horses for the British Team mean that she can offer a real insight into the competition environment at every level. She has trained many different breeds of horses to advanced level including thoroughbreds, Anglo Arabs, Cleveland bay's and native breeds as well as warm-blood horses.
Anna's system produces proven results but training is always fun too. Anna is happy to train adults and children from Novice standard upwards and from BE 90 level eventing. Anyone who genuinely wishes to learn is welcome to come and train on any breed and age of horse.
The riders and horses Anna trains can be seen competing regularly on the national and international circuits and she often attends competitions and events to help with the final preparations. Anna's clear training system means she is much in demand for lectures and demonstrations and she has presented the master class at the National Dressage Championships on two occasions.
Anna teaches private lessons at Cholderton Equestrian and teaches regular clinics throughout the country. Horses and riders often come to stay at Cholderton for intensive training periods which also provides an opportunity to watch Anna and the team training and riding. From December 1st 2011 all riders are required to wear a safety hat when training with Anna.
