Anna Ross-Davies is an International Grand Prix dressage rider and freelance trainer. She has represented Great Britain at Grand Prix all over the world including, amongst many others, at the European Championships, the Aachen CDIO, the Saumur CDIO, on the World Cup Circuit, and has twice competed at the World Championships for Young Horses.
In 2007 Anna received the British Equestrian Award for Outstanding Achievement in Dressage, and was presented with the Davison Award at Olympia. In 2008 she was the British Dressage Personality of the Year. She has twice presented the Master class at the National Dressage Championships.
Anna trains horses and riders from Prelim level to Grand Prix dressage, Pony, Junior and Young rider to championship team level, helps event riders to 4 star and enjoys teaching a wide and successful client base. She compiles music for dressage, writes articles about dressage training and competition, and has been regularly published in Horse and Hound and British Dressage Magazine. She currently has a monthly column in Horse magazine, which chronicles her daily life with her horses.
Anna is based at the beautiful Cholderton Equestrian Centre in Wiltshire where she runs a training yard. She takes horses and riders for short and long-term training and has many riders staying with their horses for short courses.
